All orders are sent UPS Insured at NO EXTRA charge.

Orders shipped within the USA:
1) UPS Ground (5-10 "Business Days")
 We DO NOT SHIP orders worldwide. We ONLY SHIP to the 48 Contiguous States. Just click the "Checkout" button to see your actual shipping cost.

UPS Orders CANNOT be shipped to a PO Box address.

Select UPS for orders shipped within the Continental US only.
All fees are based on shipments to one address orders.

All orders are shipped from our California warehouse.
The East coast will receive the order in 5-10 business days.
The closer you are to California the faster the order will arrive.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipped to California only.

- Returns -
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will try to make it right. If any item does not satisfy you, it may be returned within 21 days. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

- Backorders/Out of Stock -
We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. We will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "refund" for the backordered item(s). You will be charged only for the items shipped, not the backorders.
